MAXIMIZING AIRFLOW:

034Motorsport engineers first created a CFD-optimized 4-Ply silicone intake tube, which is a direct, high-performance replacement for the plastic factory accordion/sound deadening hose. Using CAD software and 3D scanning technology, 034Motorsport was able to optimize the cross-sectional area of the intake tube while being mindful of space constraints. The resulting part is a functional work of art - maximizing performance given the factory space constraints and featuring smooth transitions that ensure optimal airflow to the throttle body.

Performance Air Filter

The S34 Carbon Fiber Intake uses a high-flow conical filter featuring a double-layer pleated cotton media capable of capturing particles as small as 5 microns. This design provides a large filtration surface for increased airflow while maintaining OEM-level filtration quality. Tested on applications exceeding 800HP, the filter delivers excellent flow capacity with minimal restriction.

Unlike many intake systems where the filter is left unsupported, the S34 includes an engineered filter support bracket that prevents unwanted movement while still allowing controlled compliance for engine motion. This ensures the filter remains secure without rubbing against surrounding components, maintaining consistent performance and long-term durability.

CFM (“cubic feet per minute”) measures how much airflow an intake can support—the higher the flow, the higher the horsepower potential. 034Motorsport tests all intakes at 28” of water on a SuperFlow bench for precise, repeatable results.

• S34 Intake: 819.4 CFM @ 28” H₂O

An intake that flows ~200 CFM may only support ~300 HP, while one that flows ~400 CFM can support ~600 HP. With over 819 CFM, the S34 Intake easily supports high-output builds.
