Difference between V1.0 and V2.0

When we introduced this part onto our catalogue back in 2019, the first revision of the product could have been improved.

Previously exclusively supplied to us, we decided to no longer hold exclusivity due to the unfair prices on the market.

The version one of this product often contained bunches of swirl marks and paint defects which were very noticeable in daylight.

V2.0 is the same product but has been professionally outsourced and repainted with sufficient layers of primer, base coat and clear coat. The differences are major.

• Similar style to ED40 GTI OEM grilles for an aggressive appearance.
• Clips and housing for secured fitment
• Can be installed without removal of front bumper. Removal of front bumper may be necessary (if clips are stuck).
• Replaces existing OEM fog light grilles providing perfect fitment. 
• Material: ABS
• Paint finish: Professionally outsourced and painted in 'Deep Gloss Black' 
• This product has been carefully outsourced and painted in 'Deep Gloss Black' for an immaculate finish.

The first version of this product was manufactured by SRS TEC, the removal of foglight were required. Revised again by a Chinese company and exclusively sold through VGA at one stage. We decided to not hold exclusivity due to the unfair prices.

Installation guide (without removal of front bumper): 

• Pry of existing OEM fog light grilles from centre to outwards.
• Replace with aftermarket option by clicking part into place. 
• Clips and housing integrated for perfect OE style fitment
• Relatively simple install, design allows easy install and removal if required.

Installation guide (without removal of front bumper): 

• Remove front bumper with the correct torx screwdriver, accessed after removal of front grille. and behind front side fenders. 
• Access OEM foglight clips from behind front bar.
