By accessing the website at http://vaggarage.com.au, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
ORDERS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders are made through our website www.vaggarage.com.au or through invoice via email or social media platforms. All orders are subjected to be held until all payments are clear. Accepted forms of payment are Paypal and Bank transfer. For orders that are backordered a 20% deposit must be made, failure to proceed with purchase due to change of mind or any other reason; will not issue a refund. Inventory may not be displayed for a particular product. Therefore, backordered parts pertaining to a specific order will only be shipped through our facility.
By purchasing products through us you agree that all orders made through our website or third party payment providers are subject to change, reasons being include (1) incorrect 'advertised' pricing or (2) incorrect discounts applied on non-aplicable products such as Flow Design splitter kits.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days not including weekends. Average shipping times vary from 3 - 12 days depending it the product ordered is in stock. We hold stock for most popular items, and it is the buyer's responsibility to check beforehand before purchasing. VAG garage does not guarantee a specific delivery date for items that are backordered or out of stock so please check processing and delivery times before purchasing goods. VAG GARAGE PTY LTD is not liable for any delays that have occurred by part of the Courier hired.
VAG GARAGE PTY LTD may use a third party courier service if required. If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
For quality assurance purposes we ensure that the package is carefully packed an undergo additional inspection before shipped to our customers. If you have received a package that appears to be damaged you must notify us within 24 hours to make a claim. All claims will be made through carrier service and cannot guarantee that a claim will be provided.
All products that are sold by VAG GARAGE PTY LTD are only warranted through their respective manufacturers. No warranty will be given if items are mishandled or used. If you received a defective item, we can file a warranty claim through the manufacturer, but it does not guarantee a replacement part as that decision is up to the manufacturer of the item(s). The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs associated for item(s) that are warranted.
VAG GARAGE PTY LTD is not responsible for any damages that results from using the item(s) purchased through VAG garage. Professional installation is recommended for all products and we do not hold accountable for any damages. We cannot accept liability for faults caused from improper installation. Some item(s) are only legal off-road and/or off-highway and may be illegal for public roads or highways. Please check with your state and local county laws.
DEFAMATION & FRADULENT TRANSACTIONS
VAG GARAGE PTY LTD takes defamation very seriously and act correspondingly to Australian Business Law compliances. Defamation is caused by one or more parties causing damage to another individual or a business’ good reputation by making defamatory comments or publications online or in any form. Any form of defamation will be recorded and noted and we will take legal action to prevent further damage.
Fradulent transactions that are processed through the business will be reported to the Australian Police and detective faculty to track down offenders with the intention to steal or take actions of fraud.
