TRACK MY ORDER

Ordering information and shipping times:

Once you make an order with us through our website you will be automatically given an order number sent to your email.

Processing times generally takes 1-2 business days and shipping times around 3-7 business days if product is listed in stock. Shipping times depend entirely on our service provider.

It is the buyer's responsibility to double check with us stock availability and estimated shipping times before purchase. 

You can track your order via an email once your order has been shipped. Please note that some orders may be sent in seperate parcels due to the operating partners and facilities it's sent out from.

How to view your order(s) within our website:

On our website you can view and track your order(s).

On desktop - its located on top right. On mobile - tap on the left menu bar. On the top of the menu bar you will see customer login. If you have created an account when placing an order you will be able to log in via email.

On the customer login portal you'll be able to see your order and it's order number. You can check if it has been sent out by checking its fulfilment status. Please note that In the portal you won't be able to get tracking. In order to get tracking, you will need to type your order number in your email to track your parcel.
