06K103495BL – PCV Oil Separator – Genuine VW/Audi – EA888 Gen 3 – MQB & MLB Applications
This is the latest revised Genuine VW/Audi PCV Oil Separator for all EA888 Gen 3 2.0 TSI/TFSI engines. As a critical component of the crankcase ventilation system, this updated revision improves diaphragm strength, reliability, and long-term sealing compared to earlier versions.
The 06K103495BL supersedes older PCV revisions and is fully backward-compatible with early MK7/8V vehicles, now fitted as the updated factory part on MK7.5, B9, and MLB Evo applications.
Do NOT use aftermarket copies. Genuine OEM valves ensure correct crankcase pressure regulation, proper vacuum behavior, and long-term reliability.
A failing PCV can cause:
-
Rough or unstable idle
-
Excessive oil consumption
-
Oil leaks or oil in intake tract
-
Boost fluctuations or loss of boost
-
Whistling noises from diaphragm failure
-
Poor fuel economy
-
Increased carbon buildup
Recommended replacement interval: Every 50,000 km, especially on tuned engines.
