ECS Tuning Ultimate Dogbone Mount – Audi TT MKI & VW Golf IV/Jetta IV/New Beetle/R32 1.8T, 2.0, TDI, VR6

ECS Tuning's Ultimate Dogbone Mount addresses the issues complicit in the soft, stock, aging rubber mount with a harder, 70A durometer polyurethane bushing and sturdy housing.

The design holds the drivetrain steady, even during hard acceleration, reducing wheel hop, maintaining a positive shifter feel, and eliminating clunking or vibrations associated with loose and worn mounts. The bushing is secured in a sturdy, lightweight aluminum body that is coated with a durable, show quality, gloss black powder coat finish.

The bright red polyurethane bushing provides a strong color contrast that emphasizes the mount's visual appeal.

Factory torque specifications for the Dogbone mount are as follows:

• Bolts to transmission - 37 ft-lbs (50 Nm) 
• Bolts to subframe - 18 ft-lbs (25 Nm)

Please note:

• Polyurethane, by nature, is a harder material than factory rubber. While this does remove driveline slop and effectively transfer power, an increase in NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) may be experienced as a result of this increased stiffness. 
• Do not expose polyurethane bushings to engine coolant. Ethylene Glycol is known to degrade this material. If exposed, promptly wipe away ALL traces of engine coolant.
