Completely redesigned in-house, the Leyo Blow Off Valve (BOV) is built to outperform the OEM solenoid valve, which is known to suffer from diaphragm tears and boost leaks over time. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum and finished in a hard-anodized coating, the valve features a serviceable piston-based design that ensures superior durability, faster response, and consistent performance under high boost pressures.

Each unit is CNC-machined in Japan and inspected to 0.01mm tolerance using advanced CMM equipment. Laser-etched with the Leyo Motorsport logo, every BOV is bench-tested and race-proven to guarantee reliability.

The internal piston design has been rigorously tested to provide optimal power delivery and boost response compared to competing brands. For those seeking additional tuning flexibility, uprated valve springs are available separately.
