- Durable textured black powder coat finish
- Vents are packaged flat allowing for the fins to be adjusted for optimal cooling and aesthetics
- Each vent is attached using 19 stainless steel 18-8 rivets
- Aligns with the under hood structure for easy install while maintaining structural rigidity of the hood

Our ECS Tuning MK7 / MK7.5 GTI / Golf R Hood Vents were designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. These vents were torture-tested on our race car MK7 GTI and proven to lower under-hood temperature. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.
