The front control arms are a critical component of the Audi B8/B8.5 and C7 chassis suspension. Over time—sometimes as early as 40,000 miles—factory rubber bushings begin to degrade and ball joints can develop excessive play. This results in alignment issues, vague steering, increased tyre wear, and a noticeable reduction in handling performance. Enthusiast-driven vehicles tend to experience this wear even sooner.

034Motorsport’s Density Line Control Arm Kit is a complete, drop-in replacement for all eight factory front control arms. Equipped with high-durometer 65A rubber bushings and high-quality ball joints, these arms significantly reduce unwanted deflection, improve steering precision, and restore chassis stability—often outperforming brand-new OEM arms.

This M14 version includes upgraded M14 ball joints and hardware for late-model vehicles, and serves as a direct upgrade for earlier M12-equipped models when used with matching components.

Important Fitment Notes:

• For B8/B8.5 A4/S4/A5/S5/RS5/Q5/SQ5/Allroad:
  Early = M12 (build dates up to 2 Nov 2009)
  Late = M14 (build dates from 3 Nov 2009 onward)

• For C7/C7.5 A6/A7:
  Early = M12 (build dates up to 1 July 2013)
  Late = M14 (build dates from 2 July 2013 onward)

• For C7 S6/S7:
  Always M14 only

Installation Notes:

• The suspension must be torqued at static ride height.
  Failing to preload the bushings will cause premature tearing and is not covered under warranty.

• Professional installation is highly recommended.

• For C7/C7.5 A6/A7: upper control arm bolts must be reused or replaced with OEM part N 912 005 01 (included bolts are not long enough for this chassis).
