The 034Motorsport Cast Stainless Steel Performance Downpipe is a high-flow, direct-fit upgrade for IS20 and IS38 FWD MQB vehicles equipped with the EA888 Gen 3 1.8T/2.0T engines. Engineered for increased power, faster turbo response, and a deeper exhaust note, this downpipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter and improves flow throughout the entire powerband.
Developed using 3D scanning, CAD modelling, and extensive dyno/track testing, the cast downpipe features smooth organic geometry, a massive 101.6mm Euro 3 racing catalyst, and precision TIG-welded 304 stainless steel construction for long-term durability.
