PART DESIGN

  • Designed and engineered in-house using state of the art 3D laser scanning and CAD technology for precision fitment

  • Mimics the lower section of the bumper & OE diffuser lines to accentuate OEM features

  • Houses 4.0" dual, round exhaust tips; compatible with the OEM exhaust, although, we recommend larger exhaust tips for visual appeal

  • Mounts to OE clip locations

  • Made from lightweight, vacuum formed UV-stabilized gloss black ABS polymer

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Our ECS MK6 Golf R Rear Diffuser was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by our Research and Development team in our Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long term product testing.

INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT

  • Simply remove your OEM diffuser
  • Prior to install, please swap your inboard diffuser brackets from passenger's side to driver's side, then proceed with installation in the reverse order of removal. If replacement diffuser mounting brackets are needed, please see ES2506929 (LEFT) and ES2506930 (RIGHT).
