The 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Piston Upgrade Kit is a drop-in internal upgrade for the factory HPFP on EA839 2.9T and 3.0T TFSI engines. This kit increases the pump’s output capacity by up to 37%, allowing the fuel system to support higher boost, ethanol blends, race fuel, and all Dynamic+ ECU software that requires an upgraded HPFP.
Precision-machined internals with DLC coatings ensure reduced friction, increased durability and consistent fueling under high load—making this a must-have upgrade for Stage 1+, Stage 2+, and Stage 3 setups on both 2.9TT and 3.0T engines.
