Haldex failure is common within 3–5 years if not regularly maintained. This complete kit includes everything needed to replace a failed Gen 5 pump or perform a full service.

Important Installation Notes:

• Pump priming required after installation via VCDS / ODIS / VAGCOM: perform the “Pump Learn” function in Basic Settings of the Haldex controller.

• Service interval: every 3 years or 30,000 km to maintain performance and prevent internal failure.

• When reusing a Haldex pump, we recommend a cleanout and fresh oil at minimum.
