The 06L115678Q is a genuine Volkswagen / Audi oil filter adapter valve used in EA888 Gen 3 1.8 TSI and 2.0 TSI engines across the MQB and MLB platforms. This valve is located inside the oil filter housing, between the housing and engine block, and plays a key role in maintaining correct oil pressure and flow regulation throughout the lubrication system.

This is the updated, revised version of the original valve, offering improved reliability over early-generation units used around 2013–2014, which are known to fail and cause low oil pressure.
