This complete silicone hose kit is designed to replace all of the crumbling plastic and rubber components that make up the factory breather hose system on late-model transverse 1.8T Volkswagen and Audi platforms. Over time, the OEM breather components become brittle and prone to cracking, leading to vacuum leaks, oil vapour issues, and reduced engine reliability.

This kit fits transverse 1.8T engines manufactured from model year 2003 and later with the AWP engine code and replaces all critical breather hoses with high-quality reinforced silicone. The factory PCV valve is upgraded to a 034Motorsport billet aluminum PCV valve for improved durability and long-term performance.

A billet aluminum block breather adapter with an O-ring seal is included and utilizes the factory retaining clip for a secure OEM-style installation. This kit also eliminates the auxiliary check valve breather hose for a simpler and more reliable breather system design.
