Upgrade your MQB Gen 3 charge air system with the ECS High Flow Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit.

The factory plastic charge pipes and rubber couplers were designed for stock boost levels and become a restriction as power increases. Small diameter tubing, abrupt bends and ageing rubber couplers can reduce airflow, increase turbulence and are more prone to failure under higher boost pressures.

The ECS High Flow Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit replaces the complete factory piping from the turbocharger to the throttle body with mandrel-bent aluminium piping, 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for improved airflow, durability and reliability.

The turbo outlet section upgrades the restrictive factory piping with smooth-transition silicone couplers and larger 60mm aluminium tubing, reducing turbulence and improving airflow from the turbocharger to the intercooler. The throttle body section continues the upgrade with larger 70mm aluminium piping, providing a smoother airflow path from the intercooler to the throttle body. Both pipes feature CNC-machined mounting flanges that retain factory mounting points for an OEM-like fit and finish.

Designed to withstand significantly higher boost pressures and temperatures than the factory components, each pipe is mandrel bent, bead rolled and finished in a durable wrinkle powder coat. The included 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps provide a secure, leak-free connection, making this kit ideal for both stock and high-performance applications.
