Protect your engine with the ECS Tuning Stainless Steel Oil Pan, engineered to provide superior durability and increased oil capacity over the factory stamped steel oil pan. Constructed from heavy-duty T304 stainless steel, this oil pan is designed to withstand impacts from road debris while maintaining excellent ground clearance.
Unlike cast aluminum oil pans that can crack under heavy impacts, this pan is manufactured from 11-gauge (1/8") T304 stainless steel with a 100% TIG-welded construction. Each pan is pressure tested to ensure a leak-free seal. The mounting flange is laser-cut from 3/16" T304 stainless steel, then precision-machined and checked for flatness to ensure reliable sealing.
For added strength, six welded side gussets reinforce the pan's structure. An OEM-style M14x1.5 drain plug bung is positioned in the factory location, while provisions for the factory oil level sensor are retained. Vehicles not equipped with an oil level sensor will require the ECS Billet Block-Off Plate (ES3140168) and associated hardware.
An integrated internal baffle helps keep oil around the pickup during hard acceleration, braking, and cornering, reducing the risk of oil starvation under high-performance driving conditions.
The redesigned sump increases oil capacity by approximately 1.0-1.5 litres, helping improve temperature stability and providing a larger oil reserve for demanding applications.
